Extensive experience in arranging Board level and senior management meetings away from the office base. Usually involving searching out a convenient location central to all attending delegates and can include any specific instructions for dining or recreation/entertainment, pre or post the meeting event.
If required, delegate travel logistics for both inbound and outbound journeys can be arranged, appreciating outbound journeys after the meeting may vary from original inbound journeys. The size of meeting can vary from a small group of four to larger groups of twenty or more. Whilst the venue selection is all important, creating the right atmosphere is equally as important.
